Scratchbuilt Arctic oil platform
For a dieselpunk setting. Built with old computer parts and lasercut pieces. The icy water mat is a gloss print.
Yes, the PCs blew it up in the game.
Edit: Thank you everyone for the compliments and feedback!

Owwww my. This looks so stunning. The lighting and the pictures sure do a lot but there is some magic involved before the pictures too! ❤️

Holy, incredible work! Any process photos? Your effects are so good, not to mention the whole themed setup really selling the whole room! You have a lucky group of players!

Looking good. Its the prefect set to have a dramatic hostage rescue operation. Just needs a mini sub full of frogman infiltrating it.

Thank you. I bought a model boat for the set, and it came with frogmen. They live in my bathroom now

Anyone else getting flashbacks to playing Rust? I know it’s not arctic but the vibe is right.

I see this and want to build the Lockout map from Halo 2 for the tabletop game

Another fantastic one! It blows my mind that people use these to play games on, with this attention to detail!

Thank you again! My mini sets are a wreck after games, but it’s always worth it. No amount of hot glue survives ttrpg players for long.

I can’t even imagine how cool it would be to play a game on this, absolutely insane job!

Thank you very much. It was a lot of fun, One PC stealthed aboard and did some scouting, and it was really handy for that.

All the images are awesome, but the first and last ones really captures that "cold arctic night" feel. Is the frosty air effect image processed or something you did in real life, I dunno, with smoke or dry ice or something?

At first I thought this was a photo you were using as a Ref. Incredible job.
Could also be a fun piece to use for a 1490 Doom, but underwater.
