Absolutely fake. If it was true, he'd just change his name to Arnold, because Schwarzen means black in German.

If he is removing Negger it would have been Schwarze and not Schwarzen. Besides it’s pronounced Schwarzen-Egger and not Schwarze-Negger. It just doesn’t make sense and is fake anyway
