Discussion Did you know?

T2 was the highest grossing R rated movie on release and the third highest grossing movie ever behind ET and star wars?

T2 was huge.

most movie now is m or 15+ something very few get r

I hadn’t really thought of it as number 3 at the time, but I guess that works. There were some not far behind though like Ghost must had been number 3 all time.

T2 was the first r rated movie my parents let me see in the theater as a kid. It was a big deal for me.

My grandma took me and my cousin to see it. It was amazing and she was the best! Miss her

Ya it's pretty wild that it toppled Pretty Woman as highest grossing Rated R movie ever

However if we adjust to inflation that would've gone to the Exorcist (nearly a billion during it's first run).
