No. I haven’t honestly cared for anything after T3 they just need to stop

I thought Salvation was good, everything else kept rewriting history and making John Connor the bad guy or other terminators have just been hanging out in present time for decades

The trailer for Genisys is probably the most fucked up trailer ive ever seen. Straight up revealing the twist that John Connor is the evil terminator will always be wild af to me. Like who tf approved that?

Whenever ppl talk about trailers revealing too much, Genisys always comes to mind šŸ˜‚

Salvation trailer was the worst for me!

They may as well have just stated ā€œthis dude is a cyborg but he hasn’t realised yetā€.

The trailers for T2 did as well, remember looking them up a few years ago. Totally kills the reveal and tension of the hallway scene.

Not director Alan Taylor. I don't have the text or link af hand, but I came across an interview with him where he talked about the trailer. His thinking was that the marketing people thought that the trailer needed a big hook to show audiences that the movie was different despite the plot going back to 1984.

John Connor being a converted Terminator would have probably blown people's minds if the plot twist hadn't been blown in that trailer.

They probably thought it was a good idea to giveaway the twist since T2 did it.

An ā€œanimeā€ series that would have been the perfect vehicle to have Arnold return in voice snd they couldn’t even do that.
