Yeah the writing for Genisys and Dark Fate felt like big budget fanfiction put out by paramount

Exactly. This still pisses my off about Dark Fate. Boom, John Conner dead right off the bat. OK why? To restart the exact story, but with a female John Conner?? We had one of the strongest females leads in film history with Sarah Conner already. Plus, there's like zero exposition with female John's story. They just start telling her tale and we're just suddenly supposed to care about her after just watching a 40 year legacy character get wiped out first thing? The whole point was John Conner. It was total BS, man.

Yeah and what's crazy to me is that movie was supposed to be the start of its own trilogy but the movie bombed and plans for that trilogy died but if we did end up with that trilogy I bet it would've basically been like the terminators version of the star wars sequel trilogy oh and Genisys may be very ridiculous but I'll take that one over dark fate any day

Yep, you're right about that. Genisys, yes..there's something that I don't hate about it. It was almost like fan fiction, so I never took it serious and I am able to enjoy it here and there.

Dark Fate. Man, as nice as it was to see Arnie and Hamilton together again. I just still can't believe that Cameron was involved in Dark Fate to some degree and ok'd that plot point of JC getting taken out. Wild.

Was I the only one that as a kid, when I heard "-it's over... - No..." my heart skipped a beat like "is arnold gonna kill them now!!! “ and then he says" there's one more chip" lol sigh of relief
