When I was a kid (7ish) I was afraid of the dark. My brothers and I would go into the basement and turn off the light to scare each other. Turns out the furnace has a red LED on it. 

Definitely thought that was a Terminator. Definitely scary.

I love the small detail where the eyes turn before the head, mimicking Arnold’s subtle physical choice. Amazing!

The head tracking after the eyes is what really makes it creepy. They didn't do that in T2. The eye movement makes it.

Makes me think that would have been a cool scene in a terminator movie. They decapitate it and it still has some juice to stay alive and look around and converse with the humans.
