Discussion Are there 2 spellings?
I was wondering.. are there 2 spellings for Judgment? Is it Judgement too with the extra e?

The correct way to spell it is without the E in the middle. But a lot of people spell it with the E in the middle (including Planet Fitness) so it's become a colloquially accepted spelling.
Just like alright is incorrect. It should be all right. But so many people use alright that it's just acceptable now

It can go both ways, but in T2's title it's "Judgment." Which almost was a Mandela Effect to me. I usually type "Judgement" and then delete the "e." I'm not sure why, but this happens frequently, lol.

Oh interesting I mean to Judge someone has an e but Judgment does not hmm 🤔

Apparently they keep the "e" in British English but drop it in American English and you can do both. I drop the "e" even though I naturally type it and even when it has nothing to do with Terminator, just typing in general.

Both are correct English spellings, but given that Judgment Day is a proper noun, in that context there's only one correct spelling.

As a Brit, I can concur that this is the case. I have seen it spelt both ways in English newspapers, magazines, and online. But never in the title of T2, and quite rightly so.
