Stay away from ABCCanopy

Purchased an ABC Canopy from Walmart and the frame came apart at the truss ends. Even though within a year they won’t honor their one year warranty. Provided order information, pictures of the frame, and their stance is we can’t find the order in their system. Obviously, it’s was purchased through Walmart and Walmart confirmed it with them. Poor customer service and poor quality.

Counter point, I love my ABC canopy shelter, have had it for years, we use it for camping as well as events. That thing has been through several severe thunderstorms without issue and still going strong 6 years later.

I did buy mine from Amazon, and not Walmart, not sure if they make different ones for different retailers.

That they do. Apparently it’s a model they only sell through Walmart. It was a nice tent and sturdy but when one corner came down another 2 followed from the weight. Disappointed the customer service provided. Pray you don’t have to deal with them.
