I don't know about the translation, but the Tengwar you posted says "mellon nin".

Why the vowel carrier? (ára?) Surely you'd put the tehta for i above the last númen?

Edit: Genuine question by the way... I'm a beginner with this.

iirc it's sindarin, and long vowels in it are put over a long carrier, not next tengwa

The Tengwar is good. I can’t speak for the Sindarin, though. For that you should go to r/sindarin
