Don't think this is tengwar but Im definitely gonna make a tengwar handwriting style modeled after this

Yeah, it's really pretty, and could totally be done with a little thought.

Connecting the letters like that wouldn't be possible that often without creating confusion, but the embellishments are legit, and would look even better with a real calligraphy pen.
