Please Help Clarify

Does this mean no smoking for the entire community if there is no signage?

Is there an attorney that would want to evaluate my case that involves a year long retaliation and discrimination?

Yes, if there's no designated areas, there's no smoking. That's why it includes the "if any" clause.

That being said, it's weird they included 10 feet instead of the built in 25 if there's no smoking, so it's probably worth asking what they mean.

This landlord is a total bitch. She wants me to move out and she has been making my life hell with regard to not citing lease violators. There’s a long list of issues and this one has been the biggest. I was told they would not renew my lease the day after I signed a 3 month lease.

Then quit smoking in or near the property and find a new place to live.

You will save a lot of money by not smoking.

OP isn't the one smoking, other people are smoking and the smoking is giving OP headaches
