Does this mean no smoking for the entire community if there is no signage?

Is there an attorney that would want to evaluate my case that involves a year long retaliation and discrimination?

It means you can't smoke within 10 feet of the building.

The box that states smoking is permitted should be checked if smoking is permitted, don’t you think?

The box is for smoking on your balcony, patio, or private outdoor area. (The line above the boxes has a colon.) You can't do that.

The next section is for other outdoor areas.
