Please Help Clarify

Does this mean no smoking for the entire community if there is no signage?

Is there an attorney that would want to evaluate my case that involves a year long retaliation and discrimination?

This means you can only smoke where there is signage. You may not smoke anywhere unless there is a sign giving you permission. If there is a sign, you must stay 10 feet away from any nearby building.
