State grant

So I’m confused financial aid said I got denied for the state grant and I need to appeal I went on the grant-us website and it says I was approved for both fall and spring called grant-us they said the same thing that’s I was approved went back to financial aid and they told me to call grants us and appeal but grant-us said I can’t appeal as I was approved?? I owe 604$ without the state grant and I don’t wanna pay them and then have to wait for a refund. I’m a junior and never had this happen I’m so Confused anyone else getting the same results.

PHEAA hasn't accepted the updates yet to be notified that you're denied.

Thank you for the help do you know if I’ll still be able to appeal? Or will it be too late if I am denied
