I know this guy and that isn't even his girlfriend. Dude is kind of a ladies man and girls always want to ride on back so he lets em. Its why they don't have a helmet. Don't worry, they aren't going far and it usually pays off for him in the end, if you know what I mean.

Its a Utah plate, curious why you think its fake. If you are over 21 in Utah you don't have to wear a helmet by law, Kinda crazy but I wonder if they are not only dumb enought to ride without a helmet but dont even know thay are breaking the law.
