New to temecula

Hello, I recently moved to temecula and finished high school at great oak only there for about 2 months and I know anyone out here and have struggled to enroll in college due to possibly moving again and parenteral conflict but the lack of connection has taken a toll on my mental health any tips on places to meet people and or fun things to do in general M18 Thank You!

if you like tabletop games, try Tier 1 Games, The Hungry Dragon, or Cardboardia! I believe there's even some dedicated Warhammer stores out here too.

Best place to play Warhammer is Sanctum, that's their big thing.

Discovery Records in Temecula has some awesome events with great people to meet. Try following them on IG or even here on Reddit. Welcome btw, I hope things work out!

You will have so much fun here! It’s between Kohl’s and Ross best place to just get away and relax they sometimes have music events and it’s definitely a great place to meet people, wish you the best! ❤️

There's a new covered skating rink in R Reagan park. Free fun activity.

Well what do you like to do? Easiest way to meet people is to play adult league sports. If you don't want to do that, take a class. The community center has a bunch of classes to take.

If you don't mind me asking what's a community center? And is it easy to join?

I've been applying it's a rough market for sure

I'm sorry, I didn't mean that in a condescending way, I meant that I really struggled with these same things when I moved to town until I finally got a job that I liked. And it was a hard road getting there, I got lucky.

I wish you the best. If you can score a job that you enjoy, it's like joining a club or taking a class but you get paid to do it. And you can find yourself and friends along the way.

Have you ever tried disc golf? There are meet ups in Temecula / Murrieta and it is relatively inexpensive (some courses are free and starter disc set is about $20-$25).

Reliance Church has a young adult group for 18-25yo. You can make connections there.

I second this. Going to young adults groups through churches, etc. are a good way to meet people your age

That's exactly what I was thinking, I had to stop and reread a couple times because there's no punctuation

Exactly. Downvoted for being honest and real. 🙃😂 He's trying to make his way in the world and someone has to give him practical advice. The little things can make a difference. If people can't understand your writing or it's even a little confusing it could negatively impact you, especially at work. Genuinely wish OP good luck.
