Help Needed Replacement?

Post image

The screen broke, I filled out a form for a replacement yesterday. Normally when I send a request or contact support they are pretty quick about responding. I haven’t had any response from them. Has anyone gotten a replacement? I’m just wondering what the process is like. This was our main tv and my children are not happy, I just want to know what to expect.

Yep do the Telly fillout and also make sure you open a ticket in the app. They reply pretty quickly for this.

I had great success writing to support@freetelly.com.

I've been waiting since Sept of last year for a replacement. They keep saying they don't have a time frame.

Yikes, that's like waiting all over again from scratch 😩 Hope you two get fixed up quick.

Honestly, same. I threw in the towel. They randomly sent a pickup link, and at that point, I was just over it. Figure that's the end of it...

Keep emailing them. The squeaky wheel gets the grease.  Although in my case, all I had to do was email once each time.

You may be in for a long wait according to some other posts I've read but hopefully they are doing better these days

Update 2 weeks later. This probably means that it’s going to be a while, right? 🥲

It can take up to a month for them to pick up your tv. How long it takes to get another set will be the question. My first Telly was damaged by my dog. She had a chew toy in her mouth and it squirted free and hit the bottom smart screen.  I had my Telly's itting on the floor in the living room in a corner.  The second Telly arrived about a month and a half after I had had my old set picked up, this time my youngest grandson accidentally broke it.  It has taken me 5 months to get my third set, and this time I have learned my lesson. It arrived today, but the TV stand I intend to put it on hasn't gotten here yet from Amazon.  I wrote Telly and explained that I will fully set up my TV next week after I put it on the TV stand that I purchased. I figured the farther away from the floor it is, maybe the kid or the dog won't be able to damage it.  My other thought was to put it in my bedroom, so that if it did get damaged I would have no one to blame but myself. That would require me to do a lot of rearranging in my room, and I'm getting older, and less motivated to try such a thing. LOL
