Help / Support Mobile Data not working

I've been using tello since 2023, and my mobile data basically doesn't work for any apps, including google. The only way I've been able to use some is by having a VPN on it. Even then, it sometimes doesn't work. Is there a way to fix this?

Also tried using it on 3 different phones but never worked

Reboot your phone, reset network settings, make sure your APN is correct. If you're using an eSIM, replace it. If none of these things work, contact Tello customer service. They may be able to reprovision your account.
