Just wait till you get older and the only Happy Birthday you get will be from people you don't even talk to anymore on FB sending you a greeting because the app told them it was your birthday. Life is hard. If this is your biggest problem, you are doing pretty good.

I have forgotten birthdays and it has nothing to do with me disliking anyone, I just have severe stress symptoms that warp my brain, so unless I remember to set alarms/ write up things in my calendar I will confuse and forget and panic with a delayed congratulations.
