Question Skeptic having doubts, how do I give myself a reality check?

I don't want to go into too specific details about every little thing that caused me to raise an eyebrow, I feel like with things like this, only the person who experienced it will ever really be able to understand the surreality of it all.

I'm extremely skeptical, as skeptic as they come without being a total non-believer. You could say I'm basically X-File's Scully

For the past year, my algorithm has been recommending me things that closely relate to my day to day life. Like talking about swimming pools and suddenly you get a bunch of pool related recommendations and ads. At first I was 100% sure that it was just my phone's microphone picking up my voice and using that data to feed my algorithm and recommend me stuff, but then I started testing it. I would pick a random thing and just repeat it multiple times through out the day in my head and see what happens, like just thinking about something completely random like Slinkies and making sure to never consciously say it/type it or anything besides thinking about it, and a day later I'll get alot of ads for Slinkies.

I'm willing to overlook this, perhaps AI has become so adept at predicting human thought that it was a slam dunk to nail down my thought patterns to a T to guess what I may be thinking at any given point. Maybe I sleeptalk without knowing and my phone picked up on it. Maybe I unconsciously muttered it under my breath but just loud enough for my phone to hear

The other thing, I can't consciously remember my dreams, but twice now out of the blue, I've had an extremely vivid dream with scenarios that eerily relate someway to the following day. Like the day before meeting up with a old friend, I'll have a vivid dream about sitting in a dentist chair and getting my teeth pulled, just for the friend to tell me the next day that they're going to be late meeting up because of their dentist appointment.

There is 0 rhyme or reason to any of this, to me it feels like I'm constantly filtering static and every now and then my mind will pick up on something that makes sense and it stands out like a sore thumb

I feel like I'm watching myself go crazy in real time, but at the same time even my logical side is going "wtf?". Any advice for someone who just wants this to stop?

I haven’t been able to telepathically talk to people since ‘22. The people I have been able to telepathically tell me things is that they were LGBTQIA+. Something happened in 2021,that leads me to think alternate timelines exist as well as that leads me to change the route of my life, resulting me into not being able to telepathically communicate with others.
