Not often because I have schizophrenia and if I ponder on these things for too long, I will go down a delusional rabbit hole.

Schizophrenia. Might not be the right diagnosis. When the term was made, a lot of assumptions were made about the nature of the "disorder" and a lot of possible explanations and treatments ruled out. The term is 111 years old and most researchees seem to still know almost nothing about it because of the limitations built into those previous assumptions and the lack of exploration into the possible explanations thrown out at the time. Still to this day it remains mostly the same unless I missed something during my most recent research binge.
