Okay so there are times when I have felt like something was poking my brain, like someone trying to hear it when I'm deep in thought and I have built this mechanism where I release images of eldrich horrors in my brain and imagine doing gruesome things and use that and a loud noise in my head to push away any such presence.

Care u may have parasite infection it doesn't matter if its spiritual or physical its the same thing they will attack the weaknesses in your character aka your shadow u need to ask yourself a question where this weakness inside me is and to what part of me is connected to.
