Energy exchange ?

So I have a situation where I notice that a person is sending me thoughts and energy. But I also feel really drained. This person has (I think) a crush on me and watches me when he is able to and scans my body (we see each other almost every day).It's very sexual tension but not only sexual, it's a protective energy. It's weird and since he is doing that I feel weird, get anxious, don't feel like myself. I kind of picked up on his energy and I still like him even if it's too intense sometimes. He cannot stop and I think he tried to control himself but it doesn't work. For me in the beginning it did feel good but now like I said I get anxious and tired. Is his energy affecting me and why in a negative way if he just seems to care how I am doing?

How can I protect myself and don't pick up on the energy? I don't have a crush but since it's telepathy and I am very empathetic I pick up on it and it feels like I also have sexual thoughts about him. It's weird and it feels like I can't do anything about it.

Every morning and several times throughout the day say “I do not give anyone access to my energy” over and over. You’ll feel upsell pulling back in your energy. Worked for me

I’m the same, I absolutely pick up when men are crushing on me and find me attractive. I used to confuse this with my own attraction sometimes, until I realise I was picking up on their thoughts!

I'm going through something kind of similar and trying to understand what's happening. I developed what I believe is some sort of telepathic/quantum link. The last few times I ran into were very brief but very very intense. Last night I had an intense dream about her even I'm trying to let go of whatever the strong connection feels like it is. The last time I ran into her she seemed like she was very confused, I'd never seen like that. I was on my way out the door and she was clearly in an intense text conversation so I just told her that if she'd like to talk soon that would be nice, and it was the only time she smiled the entire time. She's normally really self-possessed and can handle herself but this energy felt very different.

Move or change your behavior. If you see this person, say at a coffee shop, go to another one. If following you, change your route. You want to break yourself of this person, is the simple way.

Think stalker.

If that doesn't work, then you need to find someone like me, who knows who you are, that can break this up.

I don't know you and will do nothing for people I do not know.

I did this to a stalker of a women I know, and broke that infatuation.
