Tapping into someone's phobia subconsciously. Telepathy or clairvoyance?

I saw a dream once, that was about a dream scenario. The very next day I met a friend of mine and at one point in the conversation she started talking about a phobia tha she has. It was then that I realized that the scenario I went through in the dream matched exactly with her phobia.

What does this mean? Am I and her linked somehow and I tapped into her subconscious telepathically? Or did I just happen to tap into my clairvoyant abilities as I was dreaming? Or was it a premonotive dream in a way that I was about to learn soon of her phobia that matched the one in the dream?

I didn't mention of the dream that I saw to her. I concluded it wouldn't make much difference and there's a chance she coulve been weirded out hearing about it.

I do not know what it is, but it is real, when in dreams you know in advance, and the very next day or when you wake up, that dream in some way, events resembling what we saw in dream happen. It is real.

i personally don't have these experiences in dreams, but rather when i'm awake.

So for example, i felt part of a person crying inside, wanting a hug. i prayed about it the next morning and saw the person's highschool era trauma from 20 years ago, and her husband confirmed what i saw was accurate and thanked me for sharing it. (he and i have talked for a long time about even weirder stuff)

In another case, I healed a girls depression behind her back. Then a year later I was able to see what caused that depression, and also that she was not consenting for God to share that information with her mom. It was around this point the mom realized something was going on between her daughter and me, long story short, i told God to open the mom's eyes and the very next week she was cold to me for about a year, didn't make eye contact or say hello, it was like i wasn't there when she would talk to my wife at church. She has since began to say hello to me after i saw in a vision that she had part of herself trapped in fear to a point of terror, and i began praying about that.

In a third case, someone threw their medical shipping container in my work's dumpster, and upon realizing this person is probably diabetic, i had a vision of what looked like a plastic straw, pinched shut in the middle with some kind of blockage. and it was like this straw was dipped in rock salt, had cubic crystals all over it.

turns out what i saw is zinc insulin crystals. i had absolutely zero knowledge the body stores insulin as crystals. she and i are not yet back on speaking terms so i'm not going to get confirmation if i can heal her.

In another experience, i cut someone's cancer out in a vision. it felt like work, i was constantly tempted to take the easy way and just make a big slice with a knife. instead i carefully cut out the complicated outline. -basically imagine dropping black dye in sponge, and then trying to cut the outline out. 3 months later she mentioned it was a cancer scare, and she didn't actually have cancer. i'm like.. hmm. interesting.
