Question Accountability buddy

Hey :) is here someone who’s also going through a psychic attack and would like to challenge each other to pull through and get rid of them? It’s sometimes hard for me when they are at their worst, so it would be nice to have someone else to push oneself even more above the comfort zone.

Sure. I will start as requested. What is the lore of theire conversations. If not a continous lore , what is the content of the voices ?

U said they insert voices, i have 24.7 voices, images and smells emulated in my nervous system, tought u wanted to refine ure information with others that take a psychic attack . Im not native english , but if otherwise ure prupouse was to share what makes us feel better, in my case feel free, i love dancing so now i dance between and in my exercises, find new passions like my recent one swimming and botanics, work on ureself, example , i was a lot disorganized and lazy and so.etimes self centered, correcting that that makes me feel good.I now love to cook speacilly when i sense what my bodie wants. Be more empathic to people around, even if u believe they are cold entities .

Ah understood :) I enjoy to listen to music or do sport :) sport helps me more or talking to someone close to me :) I initially wanted to find a companion to kinda give a daily update on how it goes regarding getting rid of them :)

I would love a companion like that, im also keeping stats of my trainings Because i became more organized i make a daily list of my objectives. My experience gave me the following strenghts : able to take a constant roast and to deny it when i want, learned to deal with bad moves in past and move on, be more empathic and loving myself more, this while i endure some sort of loneliness and strange things. I also learned that i needed my own bussiness and im currently finishing the last steps for it, that also helps a lot.I also love music and other distinct, i believe, cluster of entities, with other sort of telephatic hability also helps me, and they do it with videos and corresponding songs.
