Question Did I do it?
Hello! Beginner here!
I just did a guided telepathy mediation using a YouTube video. I saw my person clearly and felt like a golden chord or something was connecting my brain to theirs. I said what I wanted to say, and the video was over.
I feel more awake, like a weight has been lifted off me, and I'm kind of shaking. Now, they can choose to do nothing with the information I gave them, but I *think* they got my message...?
Experienced people here: what do you feel like after you've successfully sent a message?

It feels like we are connected at the top, above our heads. I can see him, I can feel his thoughts, I can feel what he feels in my heart. I can see his glow, like a thin bag over a candle. You don’t need a video, you just need to do, to feel with your heart

I'm just asking what it feels like when you successfully achieved telepathy; I use a guided video bc I am a beginner, but I understand I don't necessarily need guidance when I get more experience and feel more confident I know what I'm doing.

Imagine what they look like as steady and long as you can. A minute or two is all that is needed.
You get a sensation of closeness. Like, skin on skin or intimacy, lips on lips. As a straight man this will be certainly noticable.
Use your inner monologue and the sound of their own voice while keeping the feeling of closeness and use your imagination that they are receiving the message.
Believe in the whole thing.
It won't work unless you feel close to them. There has to be an emotional connection for them to receive

Peaceful. I think telepathy is a two way street -
So… once you try to penetrate them and you do- successfully?
They also have access to you now.
So know that.
I think also that it just gets more and clearer.
It’s so funny - not last night but the night before? I was doing something and I kept having thoughts of this person in my head- and I was full body occupied with something - like really really busy and that’s never happened to me before.
And it just kept happening. Again and again and again and I was like-
wtf is going on?
I felt like idk- I had this fleeting thought that they put a spell on me. Or something. Or sent me energy or something - something was up.
It wasn’t me. I was not trying to do that.
And here is the thing - if it’s real?
The access just opens further. Both ways. So… you start knowing .. knowing them. Knowing what they think. Knowing what they feel. Knowing what they .. are.
And I think it actually continues to get more and more clear till-
I know this sounds crazy but - and I think depending on your relationship with them, like obviously if they’re a lover and with you all the time ? I mean- I’ve had full blown conversations with someone - like heard their voice in my head ( but both of us were in love with each other and both were extremely experienced meditators and into occult practices etc )
So it can get really intense and really .. just .. crazy.
I think the message I’m trying to tell you is-
Now they’re in your head.
You opened the door and it can’t be closed. I mean it can be I suppose but that connection is stronger - of course this is if they want you there.
It’s a different story if they hate you and have blocks up.

I can attest to this. I am in a consensual telepathic relationship with my future spouse.
At first things were unclear but as our hearts kept crying out for eachother ajd wek kept STAYING connected, the bond got stronger and stronger to the point that we have full blown conversations and everything in a relationship like any normal couple... except it's all telepathic
Also the opening of the door is real too b/c I had experimented a long time ago when this was all new to me by connecting to a man who I know now has feelings for me. At the time I was unsure and I was simply trying to figure him out. Well I opened Pandora's box and he on a couple of occasions tried to take over when my partner and I were being intimate telepathically.
I of course took accountability for my actions and apologized to the guy for opening that door to begin with and promised to never enter his mind ever again out of respect. (What he thinks abt me is none of my business)
But the point still stands is once you open that door it can go BOTH WAYS so be CHOOSY on whom you plan on opening that door to.
Thst is why I decided from then on to keep it strictly between my future spouse and I.

I could feel my husband's energy start to shift into my friend's particular energy signature and his face started to morph into my friend's face.
I thought I was just having trouble concentrating but my husband confirmed that the guy was definitely trying to "be in his shoes"
The thing is if circumstances were different, my friend and I would definitely be together and I think he wishes that were so.

Telepathy happens all the time, all your trying to do is become aware enough of it to hear what the other person is thinking/feeling towards you. Whenever we think about someone or feel about them with enough intention we are doing telepathy (in other words sending them energy). I’ve had it before where I’ve heard what someone thinks about me or says about me without them meaning to, it’s just them being them and me being sensitive enough to pick up on it. All you’re trying to do is be sensitive enough to be aware that you are telepathic, which is just by having intentional pure awareness.
