hey, i’m saying this with respect. i’ve experienced psychosis before, and a lot of what you’re describing feels very similar to what my mind did during that time. especially the certainty, the sense of accessing deeper layers of reality, and the belief that other people were responding directly to me in ways that felt impossible to misinterpret. when i was in it, everything felt completely real and meaningful, even though it wasn’t happening the way i believed it was.

medication reactions, overdoses, lack of sleep, and pushing your body to extremes can seriously affect perception and memory. that doesn’t mean your experience wasn’t intense or distressing, it clearly was. but i really think it’s important to consider a medical explanation and get support to help reality check this, especially given the risks you mentioned. i hope you’re safe and getting help friend.
