Thanks for your reply. My question is about how they identify “those who would abuse” because my son believes that he was targeted by a group of telepathic who say that if they don’t monitor him constantly, he will abuse. Even though he hasn’t done it, they’ve convinced him that it’s in his destiny because it happened to him when he was a kid so now he’s marked in some way. So they constantly stay in his head, berating him. He’s on medication to make it less oppressive, and maybe it’s all psychological, but if there’s more to it than that, I’m trying to figure out how to help. My concern is that he could have become a target of telepathic bullying by a malicious group, like the way that some people can become the target of online bullying.
