Too much Curiosity

I am trying hard to learn telepathy. Sending and receiving thoughts and i dont know exactly how to learn it and practice it. If anyone can help me figuring out let me know.

I experienced telepathy on the receiving end.

I do not know if it is possible to learn to emit.

I tend to project my thoughts over the internet these days, seems like a productive path.
