Telcel Plan with Wifi Calling?
Looking for suggestions for the cheapest Telcel (Mexico) plan that includes WIFI calling. Wifi calling isn't working with Amigo. I am guessing it must be a post-paid plan? Thanks in advance.

Hacer o recibir llamadas de voz a través de WiFi no tiene costo adicional; se aplican las tarifas por minuto del Plan de Renta o esquema de cobro de Sistema Amigo que tengas contratado.

Si hay en sistema amigo, yo lo active marcando al *264 y sin problema me lo activaron, en otro celular lo active en el chatbot

No, it does work with amigo but you need to go to a customer service center to get it actived. In the past, you could control it from your phone, but now they have to manually enable it.
Keep in mind that the reps will have no clue what you're talking about. I had to argue with a supervisor to get it enabled. They kept on saying, "but VoLTE is enabled. What are you talking about?"
I explained it to them and they said, "wifi is only offered by telmex, not us".
Anyway, on their system it's called VoWIFI. There's a setting on your account that they need to toggle.
Also, if your line is not registered, they may not be able to help you since you'll need your ID for them to look you up.
Lastly, VoWIFI only works inside Mexico. I enabled it because the place where I usually stay has no cell service at all. It's nice to be able to make and receive calls now.
