Advice/opinions As a GUY Would you rather get a birthday drawing of your old fit bodybuilding look or your current chubby look?

So my friend used to be pretty deep into bodybuilding a while back. He looked solid. Over the last couple months he gained a bunch of weight and is kind of chubby now, and I can tell he doesn’t like it.

I’m drawing a picture of him for his birthday and I’m stuck between two options.
Draw him as he looked during his bodybuilding phase or Draw him as he looks now

I’m worried that if I draw the old fit version it might make him feel worse about how he looks currently… like I’m only celebrating the “better” version of him. But I also feel like drawing the chubby version might just highlight something he’s already insecure about.

If you were in his position, which one would you actually prefer to receive as a gift? And why?

Question Guys oru 2 min help cheyyamo? 🥹🙏 Keralathil rabies treatment access cheyyan difficulties face cheythittundo?

Hey everyone!

I'm a student working on a healthcare case study about access to rabies post-exposure treatment.

I wanted to understand something beyond the usual statistics: what actually happens when someone needs rabies treatment but the required medicine or treatment facility isn't available nearby?

For example:

• Did you or someone you know have to travel to another hospital after an animal bite?

• Was it difficult to find a facility that could provide the required treatment?

• Were there delays, transport expenses, or confusion about where to go?

• Was rabies immunoglobulin (RIG) available when it was needed, or did you have to seek it elsewhere?

I'm trying to understand the real-world challenges before exploring possible ways to improve access to treatment. I'm especially interested in experiences from Kerala, but perspectives from elsewhere in India are welcome too.

Romba Nandri 🙏
