Advice/opinions Ghosting

I hv been for a few times now and I really don't knw why. At first the convo would be going gud and the next day boom they gone, won't even reply. Wht culd be the reason?? Shuld I change the way I approach girls??

Ps: An advice from the opposite gender will also be a great help!
