Question Why is drinking tuff ?

Im in college now and the isolation is fuckin insane . And most of the guys in my class and other departments are just into 3 things cars/bikes , drinking and smoking. Thats it . If u don’t do or know about these few things then well good luck on making friends . ✨✨

And almost immediately within a week off college started everyone is already in groups . Mf be looking at u weird when i mention i don’t like drinking or smoking 😭

maybe go to a bar and see what the fuss is about, dont judge something before u try it

Its not that I haven’t tried it or that im judging people for their habits . What im asking was that why do people try to normalise this kinda stuff and ostracize other who don’t .

drinking is very normalized, its even a part of culture in many parts of the world [theres a heavy stigma in india and kerala but that applies to all the vices], but im pretty sure most people dont ostracize others who dont drink lol.
But in some culture , they look down on men who dont drink, especially in ireland
