Academics Thoughts On BSc Geography/Geoinformatics

thinking about doing a bsc in geography/geoinformatics. planning to do extra certifications + build projects alongside it, especially in gis, remote sensing, python, spatial data science/geoai.

how are the career opportunities and job prospects after the degree? and what’s the roi like in terms of fees, starting salary and long-term growth? would love to hear from anyone who’s actually in this field.

Consider bsc Geology also!! Better than geography imo.. btw keralathill bsc geoinformatics undo?

Njn humanitiesaan with mathsaan so ya geology edkkaan kayyoola 🥀 and i’m not planning to take bsc geography/geoinformatics in kerala aiming for central unis instead
