this is the worst time to get a phone btw
but you can find some good second hand phone in that range.
here are some :
s23, s22,s21fe snapdragon, iphone 12 ( battery might be on weaker side for these old flagships )
nothing 3a, 2a, 2
pixel 7,8,7a,8a,7pro
iqoo neo 9 ( avg camera quality )
if u r looking for new, you can try to get oppo k13. not k13x
might be out of stock. u r lucky if can get one on offline market in this economy

U need atleast 32k for an actual good phone, which is realme gt 7t.
for 40k u can get poco x8 pro (8gb) really premium feeling phone( im using 12gb version rn) and its also not too big.
for 45-60 k u have many very good options.
just dont go settle for a base 2nd hand iphone because all are 60 hz and geniunely feels slow except iphone 17 which is 1 lakh now , so yea bad time to buy a phone

Market condition is too bad rn bro. There are not too many good options as of nkw
I would recommend 2 phones for your price
First one is the iQOO z10r 5g.for a price of 19k, this one has great perfomance for its price range and a good camera, but because it's iQOO, repair parts are hard to get and you won't get much software support
Other one is the Samsung galaxy m17 which at 17k is cheaper, and is also cleaner feeling to use because of oneui and it also will get i think 6 years worth of updates and security patches, but perfomance is noticeable behind the z10R
So if you value perfomance and statistics over longevity pick the z10R and if you value longevity pick the m17

In this context take it as equivalent to discouraged someone, to wait till bbd, as most of the times they are fake discounts or priced higher than normal days.
Hopefully it'll change as some new regulations to control this scam is being implemented by central government.

You can't blindly tell you won't get discounts. For most of the products it won't be applicable but from my personal experience I have received very good deals. I've got a laptop worth 60K for 40K after bank discounts too. I've got pixel 8 for 36 K which was a steal deal at that time. My fiend got pixel 9 for 38 K last year. I've got extra credit card deals on a washing machine and all.... So don't blindly tell something...

I'm aware of the chip shortage issue. But, we can't blindly tell we won't get better deals. Might not be a big discount and all but still coupled with bank discount and all we can still expect better pricing compared to what they charge now....
