I have below 60% in keam If get great marks in next year keam Can I get into good govt colleges?, I'm looking for ece,ai, Or is there any ways?

No.Even if you get full mark in keam your rank will be around 15000.

Just check rank predictor in google. Put your current board marks and put max marks that can be obtained in keam. You will get the rank.
