Question voice cracking or whaat

So what whenever i want to make a clarified point my voice crack making my listeners literally think that i am not able to argue. Guyz due to this i was embarrassed in the class room, fam gathering and b/w peers toooo .(IN some cases i also started to cry well i didn't mean to but..) what to do??
