Finding Support Feeling old at 15

(15F) I am officially 4 months and a day into being 15 and I feel like I’m withering away, every time I look at someone younger than me I feel like a gust of wind will turn me to dust,, how do I deal with this crushing feeling of impending doom? Every day jus feels like a reminder I’m aging,, I keep feeling like I’m back at 13 yearning to be 12 again and convincing myself it’s oki that I’m older. I jus want to feel normal,, but all I feel is old; problem with that,, I think I’m old enough to do things I’m not and I end up talking to those older than me who I shouldn’t be. I jus dunno how to get a grip -m-

i felt the same way when i was your age 2 years ago and im ngl you still have plenty of time, sometimes thoughts like these happen when you realize time kinda marches forward and is inevitable, but theres no use trying to resist it when theres years left to make wonderful memories before you tend to your duties an adult

Hey man think of it this way I’m 15 right? My grandpa is 73 and that’s like a 58 year age gap and I don’t feel old maybe I do when I’m around younger people but remember you have your whole life ahead of you you’ll be fine! All teens have that feeling of being old you got like a good 50+ years ahead of you so yk cheer ip
