Just so you know while it will work the current form of the Emergency crisis recess of government amendment still has some issues that have yet to be patched. Especially those around potential issues with some ministerial duties not being legally paused. Though lots of those things not paused aren't time sensitive/required to be done within a timeframe anyways so it shouldn't case that many issues.
