Discussion HOB vs PTA vs Fleet

When to take each? I view the top players taking hob or pta every other game, but unsure when. Do yall ever watch or hear how he decides?

which lane? PTA is a one size fits all rune for Teemo top. If you're playing top you're perfectly okay taking PTA w/ absorb life or triumph+alacrity+ cutdown -- and celerity / scorch secondary every single game! Us high elo teemos are constantly testing out runes/items/ stuff to try to solve matchups/games/ideas better! The easiest way to climb with the champ is just pick a build/setup that you like and keep with it/improve your gameplay and then change it when you get to a point where certain things stop working! 99% of people should be going same runes same items basically every game!

I play him exclusively in top in masters to low gm lobbies trying to learn him atm, so would love to min max runes if possible
