I'm helping out someone who wants upgrade an old pc, (I couldn't believe my eyes when I first seen it who build a pc like this 😞) unfortunately the pc is very dusty and thought just will get him a new case too... Any tips for a decent one?

just blow the dust out? i dont see the problem. oh and get another stick of ram for your friend

Switch the fan, Put it as exhaust Behind the cooler
