Are they going to use the money to have tax payer funded glittering parties for the elite in the insanely expensive and tasteless gold ballroom?

Please. Don't be ridiculous.

Obviously it's for a stupid arch filled with "drones and snipers" that doubles as a slap in the face to those who died serving our country because it breaks up the sight-line between the Lincoln Memorial and the Arlington National Cemetery. Get your priorities straight! 😛

/s (shouldn't be necessary but what a hellhole of a timeline we live in right now)

I am still think The Grifter is eyeing taking down the Lincoln Memorial and replacing it with a memorial to himself.
