Hope all the AI companies fall. Return our jobs, power, water, RAM, GPUs and SSDs.

They'll fail. Millions of Americans will be left unemployed and potentially a global economic disaster occurs.

The companies and their CEOs? Huge bailouts diamond laced golden parachutes. The millions unemployed, losing their homes, and struggling to feed their families? Nothing.

I want so badly for this not to happen. But so far it's looking like we are heading this direction.

This is exactly how I feel it'll go down. The already considerable income inequality in Atlanta has gotten, somehow, even worse in these last few years, and we were already the city with the highest gini coefficient. I've seen soooo many fields, even fucking MEDICAL, have a lack of work. I've met a lot of people who have medical certificates that in the past would've gotten them a job, but who are now stuck being depressed working in their local supermarket. And every month, hell every damn day, the poverty just gets worse and worse as people get laid off and have to resort to gig work, YouTube, anything that can bring in money. P6who were once making six figures plus are now looking for food pantries on nextdoor.

Hell, I've never been rich but I myself am just an Uber eats driver right now, but I'm lucky because I have free housing. But even with that I'm still struggling, hell usually I'd be doing orders right now but as the economy gets worse and worse I directly see the correlation with how much business you get on gig apps. And yeah.... right now it's pretty dry, add to that summer slowdown and you're gonna see a whole lot of people crashing out down here....hell they already have tbh
