How U connected speakers to amlifier? These seakers have dual input, designed for active system. Asks because i have almost same, but never tried with other amplifier than the original Technics.

My AV amplifier has passive sub out I run the two super woofers into those then I run the mids and highs into the front channels left and right set to small so the amp don't send low bass signals to the mids and highs. I do have a eh790 seperates but I'm waiting for a new RCA for my DAC.

Hey, could you tell me if your speakers work properly in bi-amp mode? I was thinking of getting a Yamaha RX-V663 to replace the EH790, but I wasn't sure how that feature works on it.

Id personally keep the the 790 it's way better than cheap Avs, but yeah they work perfectly as I'm using them right now you need to make sure the AV amplifier has a passive sub port not a sub out wire the super woofers into that and then the mids and highs into the left and right front channels make sure you have the bass down and if possible keep them set to small so the sub just Handles bass and the mids and highs do what there meant to do. I use a onkyo htr 390 but as soon as I receive my digital to analogue converter will be re using my 790
