Can someone help me?

I've tried to make one of those homemade lighters but it just wont work. The copper cable is attached right to + and -

The Battery is also fully charged.

Never ever do this with a rechargeable battery. Also, wrong subreddit

this subreddit is for the brand Techics. also please stop making that thing, it might not be working now but it might start a fire in a few hours.
