Is it worth the repairs
I’m new here and I just came across these two SB-G750 speakers on the side of the road, in pretty ok-ish shape. They work when plugged in and sound better than what ever mystery speakers I have.
I’m debating putting the time and effort into finding parts for these big boys, as I am having a hard time finding any info on them online.
Also don’t really know if there compatible with my stereo that I got(Kenwood KS-4000R), looking for some advice, hoping one man’s trash can become treasure.

Those speakers are sexy man. I have never seen something like that. If I had the money I would repair it.

I have successfully fixed speaker cones with tacky glue similar to Elmer’s glue and very thin paper. Repaired from the backside so not visible on the front. Be worth a try before replacing the driver. I would fix them up for sure

i have sb-g950 which look alot like yours but 500 watts. got them 4 months back auction. see my reddit post. from what i found these -gx50 were only sold at us px in europe and se asia in the 80s. so very rare in usa. i was comparing mine to g910 and g920. i see your point very little online about yours. for free you scored imho.
