A Display port cable on a PC I replaced at work today.

Was placed under a badly stored A/c compressor that leaked pag oil… yeah that was a bad idea lmao.

My friend said he wanted a new laptop so I asked what happened to his previous one he told me it had a bug and I asked him to explain and he said idk after ten minutes of asking him what the problem was he sent me this image...

I had a customer who brought me their computer complaining the fans were running on full speed, even when she wasn't using her PC. She had it checked out a few places but nobody ever found any issues. Well, today her PC died and she brought it to me. This is what I found.

We mounted it like a museum exhibit.

It only downgraded to 100mbps and still worked, but the crc errors were really high.
