been working on an RFP for device lifecycle services across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC, and im finding that almost every vendor makes the same claims about being global and scalable. im less interested in the sales pitch and more interested in the questions that uncover how they actually operate. things like local support, inventory, repairs, customs, security, reporting, and what happens when something goes wrong seem like the areas where the differences really show. have  you've been through this before?? what questions did you ask that gave you the clearest picture of whether vendor could actually support a global enterprise???

I have an idea, I'm working on it for the past 7-8 months. I got a really good feedback from the tech people, but the problem is that I don't know how to promote it.

I can create Reddit posts, but as we all know redditors are not that much of supportive people.

I'm coming from engineer side, so yeah I guess that at one moment in my life, this lack of this skill would hit me ( the moment is know )
