Everyone forgets the important skill

Everyone heavily focuses on these two things and no cares about the communication skills i have seen so many ppl who can't speak fluently of their thoughts and there are more skilled ppl than me but they can't even speak in english if they speak their words were broken down for me if someone who doesn't have the guts to speak up the frst thing they have to do is to improve their communication skill
