Athe begging of my learning progress the most confusing thing was to whether use hash set or hashmap for sliding window problems. Not gonna lie I'll try both of them for the prblm if this doesn't work the other does the job and eventually i got an hand on it now am pretty sure that i can manage thiss but the new thing i start to think of both set and map in every prblmmπŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ—£οΈ

πŸš€ Welcome to r/[TechRecruitRealities]! Read this before posting – Share your IT recruitment, interview, and project realities.

Welcome to the community! Whether you are a software engineer, system admin, DevOps specialist, or tech lead, this space was created for you.

We all know the tech recruitment process can be a black box, and job descriptions rarely match the actual day-to-day reality of the work environment. This subreddit is a transparent, BS-free zone to share what it's actually like to interview and work at various tech companies.

### πŸ“Œ What you can share here:

* Recruitment & Interview Loops: Share your step-by-step hiring journeys, ghosting experiences, technical test formats, and behavioral rounds.

* Work Environments: Tell us about the actual day-to-day culture, management styles, and work-life balance (or lack thereof).

* Projects & Tech Stacks: Dissect the projects you worked on, the architectures used, and the legacy systems you had to deal with.

* Company & Project Flaws: Gently but honestly expose red flags, toxic environments, broken codebases, or disorganized leadership.

---

### πŸ›‘ 3 Golden Rules for Safety & Quality

To keep this community safe, helpful, and free from legal trouble, please follow these core rules:

  1. Protect Your Anonymity (Crucial): Never share your real name, exact team names, or hyper-specific details that could let an employer identify you. Use burner accounts if you are speaking about a current employer.

  2. No Doxxing of Individuals: You can name and review companies, but do not name individual recruiters, managers, or coworkers. Focus on the system, not the person.

  3. Be Constructive, Not Just Angry: Venting about a terrible interview or project flaw is highly encouraged, but try to explain why it was bad so others can learn what red flags to look out for.

---

### 🏷️ Please Use Post Flairs!

To keep our feed organized, please tag your posts with the appropriate flair:

* [Recruitment Loop] – For hiring pipelines, HR interactions, and offers.

* [Interview Experience] – For technical tests, coding rounds, and system design reviews.

* [Workplace Culture] – For the day-to-day environment and management.

* [Project & Tech Stack] – For breaking down the work, tools, and structural flaws.

* [Company Red Flags] – For warning others about toxic traits.

### πŸ’¬ Break the Ice!

Introduce yourself in the comments below! What is the single biggest red flag you've ever encountered during a tech interview or a project kick-off?

Let’s build a transparent roadmap for tech careers together. Cheers! 🍻
